The Lincoln Center’s LC Live presents the best professional artists, national-touring Broadway shows, A-list comedians and skilled entertainers in the region. To celebrate the beginning of our 2024–2025 season, we have invited 5 artists to paint murals in the Art Gallery inspired by the performances playing during the exhibit.

The exhibit features garments by seven artists who make a statement through the materials they chose to use. Whether it is giving new life to discarded items such as plastic bags, vinyl billboards, or trash itself; or using the unexpected materials of paper and rubber bands to create something uniquely wearable, each artist makes their own artistic statement.

This juried exhibition features the current work of the finest national and international contemporary quilt artists. Details of included quilts by Margaret Abramshe (left) and Juli Smith (right) are shown here.
